Andrea J. Kassa

Andrea J. Reinhart Kassa of Miller Place, NY, passed away on April 15, 2026 at the age of 78. Born in Long Island City on August 31, 1947. She spent her childhood in College Point, Queens, NY. She married Charles in 1971, and together they built a life in Miller Place, raising 3 daughters.A devoted wife, mother and nanny. Family was her priority. She loved spending time telling family stories. Was an avid reader and bird enthusiast. She enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening and watching her birds and especially loved owls and hummingbirds. She was the heart of her family. To be in her presence was to be truly seen and loved; her warm smile and hugs made life infinitely brighter. She will forever be missed.She is survived by her beloved husband, Charles; their children Jenny (Tony), Kate (Chris) and Janis; her adored grandchildren Elizabeth (Matthew), JC, Devin, Hailey, Lily and great grandson Ewan; her siblings Andrew J Reinhart III (Janis), William Reinhart (deceased) (Claudia), Alison Antonucci (Anthony) and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Andrew and Ann Reinhart.
