Andrew Peter Teeple

Andrew “Andy” Teeple, 51, of Coram, New York passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 10, 2023 from a tragic motor vehicle accident on the Long Island Expressway.  He was the youngest son of the late James and Geraldine (Sprague) Teeple.

Andy continued his education at Rochester Institute of Technology and in 1996 received his BS in Civil Engineering Technology.  He had worked for Petro of New York as an HVAC technician for five years until his passing.  He enjoyed spending time with his son and would bring him to New Hampshire in the summer to spend time with family in Laconia fishing and having fun.  Andy had a good sense of humor, made many friends, and was a generous soul.  We will all miss Andy, Andoo, Landru, or Drew and his great laugh.

He is survived by his six-year-old son and greatest joy, Samuel Teeple of Sound Beach, NY.  In addition to his son, he is survived by his brothers, a sister and sisters-in-law; John and Cristina Teeple of Port Jefferson Sta., NY; David and Katherine Teeple of Merrimack, NH; Brian Teeple and partner Donna Vicari of Ronkonkoma, NY; Douglas Teeple of Middle Island, NY; Kathleen (Teeple) and Lionel Nadeau of Hudson, NH; step-mother Mady Teeple of Ft. Myers, FL; his former wife, Amanda Teeple of Sound Beach, NY; and his many loving nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister-in-law, Barbara Teeple.
