Catherine Jane Albanese, 88, passed December 9, 2023 formerly of Port Jefferson Station, New York and Mt. Sinai, New York. Beloved wife of the late Savino “Sam” Carl Albanese. Beloved mother of Susan Ferrell (John), Jane Ferrari (Edward), The late Karen Barrie, Christopher Albanese (Carmen) and Thomas Albanese (Jennifer). Beloved sister of the Late Edward Ahearn (The Late Carol). Cherished Grandmother of 8 and Great Grandmother of 9. A religious service will be held Thursday at Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral Mass Friday 9:30AM at St. James RC Church. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Coram, New York
