Diane P. Drewes (Kubis)

Diane Patricia Kubis Drewes passed away December 22, 2024 on Long Island, NY. Daughter of Charles and Muriel Kubis, she was born on March 17, 1950 in Brooklyn, NY. A 1967 graduate of East Islip High School, Diane worked as a registered nurse (R.N.) for over 30 years serving the Long Island community. She enjoyed traveling and visiting her family frequently.

She is survived by her husband Dennis Drewes, her children Clayton (Suzanne), Kimberly, and Jarad (Erin), her stepson Sean, sister-in-law Patricia, her niece Lauren, sister-in-law Sue Ellen; many grandchildren, Alex, Cassandra, Isabel, Anthony, Danny, Matt, Kylie, and Riley; and great niece and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charles Kubis, her daughter Darielle, her son Kirk (infant), and her best friend Barbara Christy.
