Dr. Michael O. Sauter of Port Jefferson, NY on December 15, 2021 in his 75th year. He lived by the motto “Work hard, play hard” and brought out the best in everyone he met, encouraging them to meet their greatest potential. Lifetime love of fishing, medicine, golf, skiing, gardening and traveling. Food and very, very dry martinis always made him smile. Loving husband of Kathleen. Devoted Father of Kristopher, Matthew, Kira, Kelly, Michelle, Koleen, Kerin and Megan. Cherished  grandfather of nineteen. Reposing at Moloney’s Port Jefferson Station Funeral Home, 523 Route 112, Port Jefferson Station, NY where a religious service will be held Saturday at 7PM. Funeral Mass will be held Monday 10AM at Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church. Cremation private. Visitation Saturday 2-4PM and 6-8PM and Sunday 2-4PM.
