Giselle Pagan-Jahn (the late David), and Janis Catapano (Andrew). Cherished Grandfather of Lindsey, Derek, Alex, Olivia and Nic.
Reposing Moloneys Lake Funeral Home, 132 Ronkonkoma Ave., Lake Ronkonkoma, NY where a Religious Service will be held Wednesday 8 PM.
Cremation private Nassau-Suffolk Crematory, Lake Ronkonkoma. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
