Elia leaves behind her loving family, including a sister, Elsa Arizmendi (The Late Jose); two daughters, Julia Velez (Juan), Sylvia Arizmendi; two grandsons, Christian Cruz, Javier Velez (Diana); a granddaughter, Janessa Marie Cuadros-Velez; 4 great-grandchildren, Janelis , Xavier, Jadalis, Julis.
