It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Frank Tantone Sr., who passed away on March 18, 2026 at the age of 90. Frank was born on March 9, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York. He was the son of Rose & Anthony Tantone. Frank proudly served in the United States Navy and was a NYC Sanitation worker for 28 years.
Frank was married to the love of his life, Mary, for 55 years until her passing in 2014. Together they raised their three children in Ronkonkoma, New York. Frank is predeceased by his sister, Antoinette and his daughter, Veronica. He is survived by his two sons, Frank (Claudia) and Rich (Nancy). He is also survived by his loving grandchildren, Frank, Nicholas (Marra), Ryan (Jocelyn), Peter and Allison, along with his great-grandchildren, Calvin, Max and Leighton.
Frank lived a life of faith and unwavering love for his family. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
