George A Sayers, 47 years old, passed away on Friday January 15th, 2021, peacefully at home.
He was a beloved son, brother, friend, and a wonderful caring dentist. He volunteered with the CI Department for over 10 years and The Central Islip- Hauppauge Volunteer Ambulance. George was loved by so many in this community. To know “Georgie” was an experience of its own. Once you entered his circle of friendship you did not just become a friend but a family member.
Georgie had a way to make you feel special and loved. He gave you his love and care unconditionally. George would always be there for any of his friends or family members whenever needed.
George was born in Brooklyn, New York. His family moved to Central Islip when he was ten years old. He grew up in a happy family setting and from a young age he was always looking out for his younger cousins and friends. He graduated from Central Islip High School and headed off to Mount Ida College.
Georgie leaves behind his beloved mother Maria Sayers and father Jorge Sayers, his sisters whom he adored, Betsabe Sayers and Mariela Rojas Castro and his brother, Pedro Rojas. His nephews and nieces that he loved like if they were his own children.
