Grace entered into eternal life on Tuesday, September 2, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

Grace was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. She shared 70 beautiful years of marriage with the love of her life, her husband Louis. Together, they built a life filled with love, family, laughter, and countless memories. Their 70 years of marriage were a testament to a lifetime of love, devotion, and partnership.

She was the devoted mother of Anthony (Kathleen), Diana Holley (Eugene), and the late baby Joseph Fata. She is also the adored grandmother to Robert (Heileen), Stefanie, Daniel (Deana), Anthony (Angellia), and Brandon (Emily). She was also a loving great-grandmother to Maeve, Adeline, Jack, Ella, Hendrix, Mia, Luca, and Scarlett, who brought her endless joy and pride.

Grace was predeceased by her parents, Angelo and Frances Salerno, and her beloved brothers, Carmine (Marie) and Vito (Julia).

Before her retirement, Grace spent many years working as an aide in the Brentwood School District, a job she truly loved. She found great fulfillment in caring for and helping others.

Above all else, Grace loved spending time with her family. Her family was her greatest joy, and she cherished every moment spent together. She had a loving heart, a caring spirit, and a way of touching the lives of those around her.

Grace will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 70 years, Louis, her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, friends, and by each and every life she touched.

Her love, her strength, and the memories she created will remain in our hearts forever.
