Kusama, Hideo MD of Smithtown, NY on November 24, 2010 in his 87th year. A retired research physician, Dr. Kusama received his medical degree from Tokyo University and attended Harvard College as a Fullbright Scholar.
Beloved Husband of Teruko. Cherished Father of Yoko Kusama and the late Junko Kusama. Fond Father-in-law of David Mosher. Loving Grandfather of Alison Mosher.
Reposing at Moloneys Hauppauge Funeral Home, 840 Wheeler Rd. (Rte. 111) Hauppauge Saturday, December 4, 2010 1 - 3 pm where a service will be held 2 pm. Cremation following private.
