John Joseph Harold

John J. Harold of Mastic Beach, NY, touched many lives with his warmth and passion. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Lynn Ann; his son, John Harold; and his stepson, Henry Zerrenner. John's cherished beagles—Daisy Mae, Molly Mae, and Honey Bunny—were the light of his life and constant companions. He was predeceased by his first wife Susan Harold.

As the owner of Dynasty Metal Works, John was known for his skill in designing and fabricating precast concrete forms and other metal creations. His talents extended beyond his work; he had a profound love for boating and fishing, finding peace and joy in these pursuits.

John's voice was celebrated in the Barber Shop choruses and quartets where he served as both director and singer, sharing his musical gifts with all. His kitchen was another place of creativity and love—his homemade bread, bagels, and pizzas were legendary, and his recent foray into Chinese cooking was unrivaled.

John's life was one of creativity, love, and joy, reflected in everything he did.
