It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Augugliaro, a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, at the age of 86.
Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Lynn; his four children, Lori, Joseph and his wife Lorraine, Eric, and Dexter; his nine grandchildren; and his cherished great-granddaughter.
Joe was a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving his country while stationed throughout Europe. Following his military service, he dedicated 33 years to the Town of Brookhaven, where he served as a respected Head Foreman.
A true car enthusiast, Joe could often be found behind the wheel of his beloved red Corvette, a passion he enjoyed well into his 80s. He was known for his strong work ethic, sense of humor, devotion to his family, and the pride he took in everything he did.
Joe leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and countless cherished memories. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
May he rest in peace. ❤️
