Kathleen P. Nazzaro

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Nazzaro on January 3, 2024 at the age of 79. Kathleen was born on May 31, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York to Rose and Anthony Corso. She was married to William Nazzaro Jr. and they resided in Holbrook, New York where they raised their two children, William and Laurie.

Kathleen was a loving housewife and homemaker but also took her love of cooking and worked as the head cook at Kindercare Daycare in Smithtown, New York. After retirement, Kathleen continued to cook, bake, and care for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed yearly trips to Disney World and cruising with her husband, family and friends.

Anyone that knew Kathleen, knows that she was the most kind and loving person. She always made others feel at home and would do anything for them. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and would brag about them any chance she was given.

She is survived by her husband William Nazzaro Jr., son William (Kathryn) Nazzaro III, daughter Laurie (George) Gerakinis, granddaughters Evangeline Gerakinis and Isabella Nazzaro, and grandson Christopher Gerakinis.
