Manoj Lahiri

Manoj Lahiri, a beloved husband and father passed away peacefully on January 22nd, 2026 in Queens, NY. Manoj, was born in Benares, India and immigrated to the United States in 1969 from Kolkata, India. He worked over 40 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank and retired as a Vice-President in 2018 in Tampa, Florida.

Manoj loved to read, listen to music, watch movies , participate and coordinate in drama with the Indian community and also loved to mingle with friends.

He is survived by his wife Bani Lahiri and son Joydeep Lahiri. Nieces and Nephews as well as several Brother-In Law’s and Sister-in-Law’s.

Manoj was a lovable and jolly person and had a warm personality.

In lieu of flowers the family of Manoj has requested that donations be made in his name to American Heart Association and/or Parkinson's Foundation.
