Margaret Adams

Margaret (Peggy) Adams formerly of Brentwood, NY and most recently Port Jefferson Station, NY passed peacefully on February 5, 2024. Beloved mother of two daughters, Mary (Leonard) and Carol. Cherished grandmother to Patrick (Janelle), George (Jaime), Jen (Jeff) and Timothy (Deanna). Adored great-grandmother to Ashley, Kenny, Emma, Hunter, Kara, Kayleigh, Logan and Abby. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Kenneth and dear son-in-law Patrick. Her greatest joy in life was her loving family. She was also a long time, active member of the Brentwood Senior Club #1 and the Red Hat Society and retired from the Brentwood School District. A lifelong New Yorker (and proud of it) she recently moved to Denver, CO to spend additional time with family. A wake will be held Monday 4-7pm at Moloney’s, Port Jefferson Station, Mass Tuesday 10:30am at St. Patrick’s RC Church, Smithtown followed by entombment at Holy Sepulchre, Coram. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Peggy’s favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
