Marion is a beloved grandmother to Jennifer Vardaro and Frank Lucero, Jr., cherished grandmother-in-law to Richard Vardaro and Naomi Lucero and adored great grandmother to Cayden, Ruby and a new baby due to be born in July 2016. Her husband was Richard A. Kane (deceased in 1986) – he was in the Navy. Marion loved to cook and entertain and was known for her sharp wit and sense of humor. She was a parishioner of Good Shepherd RC Church in Holbrook.
