Mary Teresa O'Neill

On August 18, 2023 Mary Teresa O’Neill was promoted to Heaven. It was on her 78th birthday that Jesus called her home. She is the daughter of Maryellen and John Feely.(Predeceased) Born and raised in Co. Sligo Ireland until the age of 17 then came to the United States.

Ann Marie. Son-in-laws who loved her tremendously Don and Tom. Best known as Nanny to her 3 grandchildren who filled her heart with sooo much love and brought all the joy to her life. Matthew, Daniel, and Stella. Mary had many nieces and nephews who also loved her so much..either known as Aunt Mary or Aunt Mai the love ran deep. Her passion was working as a school cafeteria employee. From Dominican Commercial to Christ the King in Queens all the way out to Mercy High School, in Riverhead.  Her pleasure to serve the kids filled her purpose of hospitality. She was a giving, caring, kind woman of Christ. She knew how to make everyone happy and had everyone’s best interest at heart. She loved the beach or being anywhere near the water. It would fill her spirit, bringing her heart closer to her homeland of Ireland. The sea was in her soul. Mary will live a little in each and every one of us because she left a lasting impression of being one special lady.
