Nicholas Peragine

Nicholas Peragine, born July 6, 1931, passed away on September 9, 2023 at Stony Brook Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Nicholas was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He enjoyed playing cards, vacations, watching his children and grandchildren playing sports, and most of all, spending time with his family.

Nicholas loved being an active volunteer in his community.

He was a proud veteran that loved to tell jokes and share stories.

Nicholas leaves behind his wife of 64 years, Margaret Peragine, his sister Marie Stensland, his children : Cathy Buoniello (Tom Buoniello), Carolyn Pindulic (Michael Pindulic), Margaret Scally (John Scally), and Nick Peragine (Keri Peragine).

His grandchildren, Christopher, Devin (Christine), Brooke, Amber, Drew, Joseph, Anna, Nicky and Avery. His 3 great grandchildren, James, Grace and Cameron.
