Panteleimon Sanoudakis

Panteleimon Giorgio Sanoudakis, beloved father, grandfather, partner, and friend, passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 75. Born and raised in Heraklion, Crete, an island in Greece. Panteleimon carried with him the warmth, spirit, and passion of his island throughout his life.

A talented and devoted chef, Panteleimon poured his heart into his work, owning and operating a cherished local restaurant known for its exceptional food and welcoming atmosphere. His love for cooking was more than a profession - it was a way he expressed care, connection, and joy to everyone who sat at his table.

Panteleimon proudly served in the Greek military, a point of honor and discipline that shaped his strong-willed and determined nature. Yet beneath that strength was a fun-loving, kind-hearted soul who lit up every room he entered. He had a gift for storytelling, often captivating friends and family with memories, humor, and wisdom. He loved singing, dancing, and music, and he brought his vibrant energy to every gathering, always becoming the life of the party.

Above all, he adored his family. He is survived by his daughters, Maria Rubio and Elena Sanoudakis, and his cherished grandchildren - Lucas, Amalia, and Alexander - who brought immense pride and joy into his life. He is also survived by his loving girlfriend, Roni Patsalos, whose companionship enriched his later years.

Panteleimon's legacy lives on in the laughter he sparked, the meals he crafted, the stories he told, and the love he shared so generously. His strength, drive, and boundless spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
