Jablon, Patricia L. of Manhattan NYC, NY on June 22th, 2024 in her 80th year. Beloved wife of The Late Nathan J. Jablon. Loving mother of Mark Jablon (Cara), Scott Jablon (Beth) and Jennifer Matteo (Michael). Cherished grandmother of Nicole (CJ), Kristen (Rob), Thomas (LaTrisha), Amanda, Rebecca, Michael (Nicole), Savannah (Caitlyn) and Mallory (Sean). Great grandmother of Leah Madison and Freya Elizabeth. Dear sister of The Late Ronald Warren and The Late Anita Louise Paul. Devoted aunt to Marianna and Dennis. Patricia was President of many local Senior Citizen groups, Member of Ancient Order of Hibernians in Selden. Patricia cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She attended mass every Sunday followed by brunch with her close friends at the Sea Port diner. Most of all, she was truly blessed to have so many wonderful friends from all walks of her and Nathan's life.

Reposing Moloney's Port Jefferson Funeral Home where a religious service will be held Wednesday. Funeral Mass Thursday 10AM St. Gerard Majella R.C. Church Port Jefferson, NY. Interment following Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
