Patricia Wowk (Pat) passed away peacefully on January 16, 2026, surrounded by her family. Born April 22, 1951, her kindness and compassion left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.
Pat left behind her beloved husband, Michael Wowk, whom she married on October 30, 1976.
He was there to support her through all of life's challenges and created a lifetime of happy memories and love.
She was the proud mother of two sons, Christopher and Michael Wowk. Pat's unending love and guidance lives on through her children.
Her influence and values have been ingrained in both of them.
Also left to cherish her memory are her daughters-in-law, Terri Wowk and Kristen Rischawy, who became an integral part of Pat's family. They loved Pat and were there to support and love her and continue creating cherished moments.
Being a grandmother was one of Pat's greatest joys. She is survived by her granddaughter, Rebecca Wowk, and her grandsons, Austin and Lukas Wowk. Their Grandma will forever be remembered for her endless love, and the cherished memories they created together.
Pat was predeceased by her dear parents, Austin "Buddy" Riordan and Josephine Riordan, and her loving brother, Michael Riordan. Yet, her spirit is also carried on by her nephew, Jason Riordan, and her sister-in-law, Fran Riordan, who deeply cared for Pat.
In Pat's passing, we have lost a shining example of love and kindness. Someone whose impact on so many lives is immeasurable. Her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched will remember Pat for her unwavering love, kindness, and strength. Her memory will forever be in our hearts, inspiring us to live life with compassion and love, just as she did.
In lieu of flowers, we request supporting a beneficial charity to support Pat's legacy.
She worked and assisted special needs children throughout her lifetime. They held a special place in her heart.
Below is a donation link for the National Down Syndrome Society if you choose to donate, you can designate it in her name to honor her.
Thank you from the Wowk family!
