Peter M. Kremler

Peter Kremler, age 70, passed away on July 23rd, 2026 after a 15 month battle with cancer. He was strong and brave and never complained about his circumstances. Peter was a wonderful husband of 40 years, father and friend. His family and friends truly sustained him during this challenging time. We are forever grateful for the endless calls, texts, baskets, cards, visits and prayers that he received.

Peter is survived by his wife, Janet, his son Alex and his wife Leanne, his son Ryan and his fiance Christina, whom Peter was grateful to have gotten the chance to get to know, his girls, Kaeley and Jessie, and his granddog Logan.

Peter is preceded in death by his parents Anne and Frank Kremler of Hicksville, as well as brothers John and Brian. He is the seventh son of nine children, survived by Francis, Michael, Kevin, Greg, Rich and Annette. His family, inlaws, and life-long friends brought true happiness to his life.

Peter loved vacationing, cigar night, Christmas morning, riding his Road King, walking the dogs, kayaking, hiking, camping, fire pits and spending time with family and friends, particularly special times with Alex and Ryan.

Peter spent his career in the advertising and printing industry. We met at work! He most recently worked at Coral Color of Commack, from which he retired in 2024.

His life was cut too short, but he will live on in our memories and love. We are so brokenhearted!
