Rita C. Petraco-De Marco

Rita Petraco-DeMarco of Smithtown New York, left this world suddenly on January 11, 2023, at the age of 76. She was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Rita was predeceased by her mother, Rose Scandariato, brother, Joseph Scandariato and her first husband, Dominick Petraco. She is survived by her husband Paul DeMarco, U.S. Navy (Ret.) her children Marisa Burgess, Laura Petraco, Jennifer Pearsall, Michelle Tegelvad, Dominick Petraco, Robert DeMarco, Paul DeMarco and her grandchildren, Kaylee, Kendra, Daniel, Justin, Nicole and April, Caroline, Roman, Maximus and her great grandchild, Zoey. She will be missed by all.

Funeral Service Mass at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 9:45am. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
