Rosalind “Bunny” Nespola, 91, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and lifelong animal lover, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in Long Island, New York, surrounded by her family.

Born on June 27, 1934, in Macon, Georgia, Bunny carried a sense of warmth, creativity, and grace throughout her life. A devoted homemaker, she poured her love into her family and her home—always finding beauty in the smallest details and joy in making others feel cared for.

Married to the love of her life, Tony Nespola, together they shared 66 wonderful years filled with devotion, humor, and family. She was the proud mother of Anthony, Sal, Frank, Carol Ann, Christine, and Eleanor; cherished grandmother of Christopher, Brittney, Michael, Courtney, Steven, Michael, and Bianka; and adoring great-grandmother of Luca, Carmelo, and Francesca.

Bunny will be remembered for her kindness, her laughter, and the joy she found in everyday life. She made the world prettier—not just with her paintbrush, but with her heart.
