Beloved father of Thomas McCann, Patrick McCann (Veronica), Maureen McCann, and Kathleen Kilcullen (James). Cherished Grandfather to James McCann, Emma Kilcullen, Jillian Kilcullen, Kathleen Kilcullen, and Aiden McCann. Cherished brother to Ann Pena, Catherine Conicelli, Margaret Moore, and the late James McCann. Retired NYPD from the 43rd Precinct.
