Very sad to hear of Coach Brown's passing. I had the pleasure of coaching against him many times. True gentleman and mentor to many young coaches and players. Rest in Peace Coach. You will be missed.

Andrew J Brown III the true definition of C.I. Pride and my fellow football playing Musketeer. You will be missed by the entire Central Islip community. R.I.E.P.
My heart is so heavy but I understand. We met a church and me and Nicole bonded from the start. I met Andrew and he was always so quiet , well until I went home with Nicole. OMG WHYYY!! Andrew was alot of things but to me he was ANNOYING!! LOL He always tried to prove me wrong, wanted the last word and just picked on me and my sister Chavonne. Years go by, my niece is in Jr High and comes home talking about MR BROWN every day. Mr Brown is talking about her hair and picking with her so of course her brother looks in to it just to come and say DO YOU KNOW MR BROWN? HE SAID HE REMEBERS WHEN I WAS BORN. All we could do was laugh and say ANDREW and from that day on, my nephew and niece bonded with and did not go a day without talking about MR BROWN. I am already missing him! Wish I could have made it but this country weather did not allow it. LOVE YOU MY BROWN FAMILY! PRAYING FOR AND LOVE YOU ALL DEARLY XOXOX
My prayers are with the entire family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

My condolences to Andrews family and friends. I worked off and on with Andrew. When I was at Reed, I'd always stop by and say hi. We'd chat on Facebook together and had some laughs. I know how passionate he was about his students. The students all knew they could go to him. He will be missed. May he always RIP.

I’m so mad that i can’t find the pictures of us on the vineyard trip or my birthday. Your humor is something that i will miss tremendously. You never wanted anyone to feel sorry for all that you went through and you did that like a champ. I am truly heartbroken. The world definitely seems a little less bright without you in it. My condolences to your family.

Coach Brown i never had the pleasure of having you as a teacher. But i do always remember you as the CI fav football coach. I only knew him for a few years, but we became fast friends. We bonded over being teachers, wrestling, Star Wars, and many other nerdy things. In a short time, he became like a brother to me. I will miss our rambling talks and walks around the halls of Reed Middle School. His impact on those who were lucky enough to have known him will last a lifetime.
I will miss you, my friend, but I know you are at peace.

I don't know where to start, I'm still in disbelief and crushed that you are gone. I'm wishing this was one of your pranks, but I know it's not. I remember when we first met, it was something out of a movie. we been the best of friends and brothers since the beginning. Our friends became friends and brother also, our little road trips together was the greatest. I'm happy that you are no longer in pain, but my heart hurts so much from missing you. you are one of the best and blessed people to come into my life. A great friend and brother. Great to laugh with and get advice. His memories lives on in each and everyone of us.
To the Brown Family. I am sending you my love and pray that God wraps his arms around you during this difficult time.
When the unexpected happens it does catch us off guard. One of the hardest is when parents bury their children. It is not the normal order. God does not put anymore on us than we can bare. Even though this is hard for the parents and older sister especially, you will bare this burden because God is with you. Sonny, Gloria, Nicole and the rest of the family stay strong. Andy, Nicole, BJ. Timothy, Thomas. Adrian, and Josie were in the immediate neighborhood growing up together. We all have memories that will last our lifetimes.
