Dear Tracy,Amanda, Anthony &Rachel, We are so sorry for the loss of your Dad & husband. Tony was such a great guy family man with such a big heart,& so funny with his sarcasm & wit, always there to help. I remember watching my moms house & cat & we had a huge snow storm & he along with the kids helped me shovel out a few feet of snow so I could make it to school,& my moms car so when she got home everything was cleared out for her. Tony had a heart of Gold & it showed in his beautiful children & Tracy his wife how much he loved & adored you all. Lindsey & I are so sorry for your loss.

Just heard of Tony's passing. Very sorry to read this. I have enjoyed exchanges with him over the years, and following him on Appraisers Forum. He was a breath of fresh air and will be missed. Condolences to all his friends, family and loved ones.
Denis DeSaix left a message on December 17, 2018:
To Tony's Family & Friends: My name is Denis DeSaix and I am an appraiser living in California. I came to know Tony via a national appraisers internet forum; I think I first started talking with Tony around 2006. Tony's shared advice and insight on the forum helped make a lot of appraisers better practitioners. He was quick to encourage best practices, and quicker to challenge poor practices... but his feedback was always fair and professional. There are not enough appraisers like Tony around anymore, and we will miss him dearly. Tony and I would talk on the phone from time to time (not often, but always a good call when we connected). After we solved the appraisal problems of the world, Tony would always talk about the kids' soccer league and gave me the lowdown on what was going on. It was clear to me that this was one of Tony's true passions. Know that Tony touched a lot of lives, and he will be missed by those of us who were touched.
