Linda and Connie you’ve said it all. Barbara will be sorely missed. She was one in a million. I will miss our visits but she struggled for so long. She’s at peace at last and maybe fishing with her Dad.

I admired her demand for excellence in her chosen field of Nursing. I enjoyed working under her supervision and believed the patients got the best of care because of her standards. She will be missed by her family, friends and her animal friends! Surely she is at Peace now in heaven.
Connie left a message on November 15, 2018:
Barbara exemplified what it meant to be a partner, friend and nurse. Her support for the homeless, the less fortunate, the sick and animals was unwavering. She was a voice for the voiceless. I hope that all of her rescued animals met her at the rainbow bridge. Connie
