Elizabeth Ann Erbe

Elizabeth Erbe, 67 passed away on January 11, 2020. Elizabeth was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 2, 1952. She attended Holy name of Mary School, Valley Stream, New York and Maria Regina High School, Uniondale, New York. Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Medical Technology from St. John’s University, Queens New York. She served as a medical Technologist and Research Coordinator at a variety of medical Institutions. Elizabeth was also a Church Organist and served in that capacity at a variety of Churches of multiple denominations. She was a certified Reiki master and had a lifelong affinity for animals. Volunteered at Cohens Children’s Medical Center, Center for Hope. Elizabeth worked at Sycamore Elementary School, Bohemia, as a teacher’s Aid.

Elizabeth is predeceased by her first husband William Minnick, Flushing NY and her Father Nicholas Macri, Valley Stream, NY. She is survived by her husband of 36 years Timothy Erbe, Central Islip, NY and two Children Kevin and Patricia and her grandchild Alyssa. In addition, she is survived by her mother Teresa Macri and her three brothers Michael Macri, Peter Macri, and Anthony Macri.

Reposing at Moloney Funeral Home, 130 Carlton Ave., Central Islip, New York on Tuesday January 14, 2020 from 2-4 – 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Wednesday January 15, 2020 at St. Peter the Apostle RC Church, Islip Terrace, NY. Committal Service at Mother Teresa Tribute Center, 132 Ronkonkoma Ave. Ronkonkoma, NY 11779 and Cremation to take place at Nassau Suffolk Crematory.
