Rest in Peace Buck , you will be missed !
Our deepest sympathies to you and your family during this most difficult time.
Our sincere condolences to Buck's family and friends.
We were blessed to have Buck in our lives. He was there for us and helped us when we needed it most. Always generous and giving, gracious and funny. Tom calls him "a brother" fireman. They would share stories about the fire department, building a house, riding motorcycles and fixing cars. A gracious host, a loving cousin, and a good friend. We will miss you Buck. You leave an empty place in our lives. God bless you on your next Journey.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family in your time of sorrow
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
I’ll always remember the hours Buck and I spent looking through photos of his past travels while in the military. Last Christmas, I was looking forward to visiting Berlin and Buck told me all sorts of tales about his time spent in Germany, amongst many other places. Long Island was also a frequented topic, as he seemed to really enjoy his time with the fire department there.
He was a vibrant man who had a knack for telling stories.
I also like to reminisce on the time he and Maureen sent me a trophy won by one of their dogs on the day of my first holy communion. I’m grateful to have a piece of his life to hold dear.
My sincerest condolences to Maureen, who has the kindest, most caring and patient soul. And to the rest of his family as well, all my love and prayers.
Our thoughts and prayers to Maureen and the family at this difficult time. Buck and my dad were the best of friends and grew up together. I always thought Buck was part of the family because they were always doing things together. Mom and Dad always enjoyed the time they spent with Maureen and Buck. He was a very special person who left us early and he will be sorely missed. He is now in a place to run his dogs and enjoy hunting again. Buck and dad are probably chatting about the good old days which of course will include the great times they had in the fire department. This is a very difficult time but he is pain free now. You will always have a special place in our hearts.
It’s with heartfelt sorrow to hear of Buck’s passing. I have many fond memories of Buck growing up. The Fire Department was a big part of our family life (picnics, parades, and fire house activities). He was a dearest friend of my parents. Buck was a talented builder who built my first home and was always a part of my family. I loved hearing all the stories he would tell me about my late father and him. He will be truly missed. My deepest sympathy to Maureen and family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
I will remember the phone calls I made to Maureen. If she wasn't home Buck and I would chat up a storm. We covered many subjects including Judge Judy and her verdicts, his life adventures, his opinions on life and what ever the topic of the day. He had good sense of humor and I will miss this. I believe Buck will look for Jim when he takes the dogs out hunting. God has a special place for them both, taking care of the animals who need special love and attention. I will continue to be a good friend to your Shorty which is going to be a very easy task. RIP. Carm
Dear Cousin Mo,
What a wonderful and giving human being Buck was. He was generous to a fault.
You had such a loving relationship. You were both blessed, and will be missed.
My sincere condolence to my good friend Buckey, He help me so much building my houses when I first started in Real Estate developed Country Club Estates in Catskill.
Maureen.... So sorry to hear of Buck’s passing. As a friend of yours Buck was always friendly, cordial and welcoming whether it was when I visited or called on the phone. He was always busy with one project or another and I know made you happy. You spoke of how much he meant to you over the years many times. He was a dear man. I know you will miss him terribly but take comfort in knowing he has no more worries and someday you will meet again. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. God bless you and them. Love, Judy
I just wanted to say how much it means to me that Buck treated me like a sister. He always made sure that I felt at home when I came to visit. Years ago, Buck welcomed my family to stay in his home while we were waiting for ours to close. He never complained and was always smiling and hospitable. Buck had such great stories and I enjoyed listening to his adventures. Buck always looked after me, and I knew I could always count on him. He was always there to help every time we moved into a new home and even came all the way to SC from Florida to put all my wood floors down, he insisted on doing them. He was always positive and kind, a gentle giant. My children loved visiting with Moe and Buck and will always remember the great times we shared as a family. Recently we enjoyed some long weekend visits with my youngest daughter. He will always be remembered and loved forever as a great brother, friend and gentleman, and always thinking of others more than himself. Love you always and forever, Cathy

My beloved husband Buck, how do I say goodbye after 42 years of marriage? I can't, I am waiting for you to say "Shortie.......". Babe and I miss you so very much. You were our life. Babe sits on your chair waiting for you to come and I am waiting for you to call me.After 43 years we have shared many memories.. We had great times at the fireman events, riding your motorcycle, and visiting with family and friends. While I was caring for you while you were sick, I think we became closer, I appreciated you more and you appreciated me as well.I am so proud of how hard you fought to get better. Seeing all the doctors, having all the tests done really took its toll on us both. At the end it was very hard for us all. I'm so happy for you that you left in peace in your sleep, exactly what you wanted. Now the suffering is over.Babe and I will miss you forever. You would be so proud of your children for all their support and care that they have given us. Love always and forever your Shortie and Babe your Shadow 1,2,3....4,5,6.
