Patricia E. Daversa

Patricia Daversa, 74, of Oakdale, New York passed away Thursday, October 11th 2018. Born March 5th, 1944 in Queens, New York to the late Joe and Betty Aufenanger. She is preceded in death by her late husband Donald Motto and her brother Edward Aufenanger. Besides her beloved husband, Paul, she is survived by her children: Michael Motto of Chicago, IL., Patricia Aresta and her husband Frank, of Paramus, NJ. and Eileen Collins and her husband Josh, of Kings Park, NY. Pat was also the proud Nana of Ariel Motto, Miles Motto, Riley Collins and Ryan Aresta. She leaves her loving siblings: brother Joseph Aufenanger and his wife Barbara; sister Betty Fitzpatrick and sister in law Nancy Aufenanger; as well as many dear nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and countless friends who she cherished deeply. Pat proudly served 45 years at Mid Island Hospital in Bethpage, New York where she worked as a valued Registered Nurse giving most of those years to the challenging ER department. She treasured time spent with family, traveling, cooking and her passion, photography. She was a skilled photographer, her love of photography resulted in endless, beautiful prints as well as many cherished awards. Pat was an active member of the Suffolk County Camera Club and Women Sharing Art. Her love, beauty, wittiness, charm, swagger and tasteful humor will be missed.
