I have the had the pleasure of knowing Vastala aunty for 30+ years ever since Tivakaran's family moved to NY in 93 during my countless visits to their house for Satayanaraya pooja and meeting at other occasions. What a sweet, loving and caring woman she was, and I will always remember her smile, passion for classical south Indian music, singing and good food. She always addressed children and youngsters with a loving expression of "raa kanna" and loved the company of people! Aunty, it is so sad to know that you are no longer with us, but very comforting to know that you have reached Lord Narayana's feet and not suffering. May god give all the strength to Satyan uncle and rest of the family members to bear the loss. Om shanti.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
