Jack, 76, of Hauppauge, NY. Born on April 6, 1947, he peacefully passed on September 3, 2023. He grew up in Flatbush, Brooklyn and was the son of Vinny and Mae Harkins. He attended James Madison High School in Brooklyn. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of Foreign Wars.
